Evan Dando and his current version of the Lemonheads makes its way to the Vogue Friday night for what is certain to be a nostalgic night. The show’s hook is the band playing 1992′s It’s A Shame About Ray in its entirety.

I can’t count how many times the 18-year-old version of me played that record during my freshman year of college. Bottom line: a lot. Confetti, especially. I was going to write a whimsical, trip down memory lane post, but then I saw this story, which pretty much covered a lot of what I had to say.
